This course introduces the concept of culture and cross cultural perception in general and focuses on the Egyptian culture in particular. Participants will be provided with knowledge about the aspects that influence the Egyptian culture, the cultural standards, and will be made aware of the cultural differences. The course also covers briefly the topic women in the Egyptian society.

 

Learning Outcome: 

Participants will be provided with knowledge, tips and techniques which paves the way for a better understanding of the Egyptian culture. The workshop will help them:

· behave in a way that makes them reach their goals easier

· chose the appropriate style of communication

· deal with conflicts

· communicate effectively

· decode various messages received

· improve their interactivity

· minimize the cross cultural misunderstanding and misconceptions

· raise their intercultural awareness
